For our deliveries the following business terms and conditions of sale are exclusively void, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not accept conflicting general business terms, even if we have expressly rejected them.

We require payment in advance for all orders. Freight and shipping charges will be added unless otherwise stated. All goods remain property of PAK ITAL until paid in full.

Every effort has been made to pack your order with great care, please inspect the merchandise thoroughly for any loss or damage immediately on receipt and file claim with the forwarding agent. Concealed loss or damage must be reported within 3 days upon receipt.
